AHP News Blogby Darren Sanchez NY, NY-- 2/18/13 Welcome to the ongoing ramblings of the AHP news blog. 2013 is definitely going to be a big year. As for AHP comic projects, there are plans for a new title in the works and in various stages of development and negotiations. I am working with good friends Brent Erwin and David Hedgecock (at Ape Entertainment) on developing a new young readers comic book project for Boomer Esiason and Lee Becker, which comes out in August. It's the first comic AHP has done in awhile, and it's coming out fantastic. Partnering with the talented folks at Ape Entertainment has been a real blast and I think the comic will reflect the love and the fun that we've had in making it. Fellow AHP founder, Buddy Scalera also has some great news as his latest project. Creating Comics From Start to Finish, published by IMPACT BOOKS is NOW available nationwide at actual, for real, book stores. Buddy's visual reference book-series has done well for Impact and he's wanted to do one about the process of making comics for years now. I'm quoted in it somewhere too.
